Samsung officially announced two entry level smartphones named Galaxy Star and Pocket Neo. The two gadgets are running on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and have duos branding as well. Though both the devices lack 3G capabilities but do posses Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0.
Samsung Galaxy Star S5280
Has a 3-inch QVGA TFT LCD display powered by 1GHz processor and 512MB of RAM. This budget smartphone bears a 2MP rear camera with a 4GB internal and 32 GB expandable storage options. Not to forget the Samsung TouchWiz UI. All this are runned by 1200mAh cell inside.
Samsung Pocket Neo S5310
This also has a 3-inch QVGA TFT LCD display. but is slightly predecessor in sense of the other specs configured inside, it has an 850MHz processor being supported by 512MB of RAM. Rest all aspects are same as Samsung Galaxy Star.

Note: These devices has only one thing to boost for and that is Android Jelly Bean os. It lacks the other smartphone features to make most out of it so don’t be confused with the android version no. as this might work just as a basic device even though it is being powered up by Jelly Bean os.
